After a succession of blown fuses in the dishwasher, the last one lasting for one load, we have decided that the dishwasher should be put out of its misery. It has died a slow and painful death, with us refusing to take her off life support. This morning we went to Sears and Best Buy looking at new dishwashers. Yesterday I did some research online. Today I called the appliance store up the street where we usually buy the fuses and spoke to a gentleman there. Also more online research. It's daunting. Hopefully will have something in the next couple of weeks. We'll have to find the right model, then there's delivery, then there's installation (average price $120!!!!) and then there's praying all goes smoothly. In the meantime, I am going to try to keep it to twice daily, and make sure there's new gloves under the sink. No dishpan hands for this momma!
